In 2014, we opened our state-of-the-art facility at 2104 Dwyer Ave. in Utica, NY. In doing so, we can now offer our customer’s outstanding service and quality that is second to none. We work diligently to develop your trust, provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY on our repairs. We have a full experienced mechanic's service shop on-site, inside and outside storage, a comfortable customer waiting area with free WiFi and coffee bar and fully handicap accessible men's and women's bathrooms inside our gorgeous showroom. Doug Rocker, Auto Body Technician, has over 6 years experience in the Auto Body Industry. Doug received formal training through Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES and immediately entered the work force with knowledge, skill and precision. Doug is a trusted technician that understands how much your vehicle means to you. His precision for seeing imperfections is undeniable as he religiously performs a full check of your vehicles parts before they enter the shop floor. Alec Voce, Auto Body Technician, has over 9 years experience in the Auto Body Industry. Alec received formal training through Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES and then furthered his education with an AOS degree from Alfred State in Auto Body Repair. Alec worked as an intern with Sprague's during college and has now secured a full-time position with the company. Because of his passion for Auto Body, his repairs are consistent, fast and precise.
Christina Sprague, Office Manager, understands that the reason that you're coming to visit us is often a stressful one. Christina works diligently with customers to embrace a sense of calm, while teaching about the claim process, estimate process, what exactly will be repaired on your vehicle, how long it will take, and how Sprague's Collision Center will ensure that your experience with us is smooth and painless. She will help in every aspect of your claim - to calling the insurance company with you to completing and mailing final paperwork. Christina's previous experience in management assists her in keeping the customers happy and satisfied, as well as ensuring that the auto body tech's enjoy coming to their place of work on a daily basis.
